Mountain Creek Farm Privacy Policy

I only write this because well intended friends tell me, "As an Australian website you must have a privacy policy and statement". Well, if my friends are right, we probably adhere to the guidelines developed by the Australian Privacy Commissioner. However the truth is I don't know if we do or don't; that's because I've never read the guidelines and have no intention of doing so. That said, I have developed a simple privacy policy anyway.

Mountain Creek Farm's Privacy Policy, Part A:

We do not collect or store information about your visit to this site. That's strictly your business!

However, when you send a message to Mountain Creek Farm you may provide us with some personal information such as; your name, address, phone number(s) and email address. If you send a message to us, the personal information you supply is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. So ...........

Mountain Creek Farm's Privacy Policy, Part B:

We will not supply your personal information to any person or entity unless compelled by law.

And I suspect the above is the world's shortest, most simple, plain English privacy policy!
